I have served as the Executive Director of The Chapel Grove Inn since we opened in August of 2003. My background in Operations Management and Process Control, have allowed me to transition smoothly to the Healthcare spectrum. Prior to becoming an owner/director of The Chapel Grove Inn, I spent 17 years working for an international Energy and Aerospace company. This afforded me the experience of interacting and communicating with people of varied social and cultural backgrounds. I have found that it does not matter what field of expertise you may possess it all translates to communication and interaction with people. I have a passion for helping people with the abilities and skills that I have learned, especially for those who have mentored and shaped our lives and wellbeing.

My family is very important to me. Bonny a nurse and my wife of 21 years have three wonderful children. We enjoy outdoor activities and sports as well as being active within our church. Chapel Grove is not just a job, its part of my family and I feel that each resident who resides with us is just an extension of our family as well. Hi! I’m Nasie Gallagher and I have been with Chapel Grove since “before opening” in 2003. I am originally from Pittsburgh but Ohio has been home to me since 1971. I am a Registered Nurse and started my career in Pediatrics at Licking Memorial Hospital. Positions held were Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager and Community Educator. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Science in Administration. As an Owner/Director, I am involved in Marketing of Chapel Grove and Admissions of new residents. I enjoy sports and spending time with my daughters and their families.

I am honored to be a part of Chapel Grove, to work with such a caring staff and to call the residents my family. It is with truth and loyalty that I say, “It’s not like coming to work. It’s like visiting your parents or grandparents everyday!” Nasie

Hi and welcome to Chapel Grove!  My name is Jack Durham and I have been employed at Chapel Grove Inn since its inception in 2003.  I am the Chef/Dietary Director of our wonderful Inn.  As an Owner/Director, I oversee menu planning, resident satisfaction, food production and staff.   I have more than 17 years of healthcare experience.  Our goal at Chapel Grove is to encourage, interact and give our residents the atmosphere of a home like setting, “their home”.

In my personal life I love to spend time with my family – my wife, Laurie of 21 years, Jack Jr.(17), Annie (15), and Will (11).  Sports are a big part of our lives as well as building memories at home and at work. Jack

I am a Registered Nurse and have been in Nursing for over 35 years. I have worked as a staff nurse at Grant Hospital and Doctors Hospital in Columbus and a Skilled Care Facility in Indiana. I have 11 years experience in Assisted Living as a Director of Nursing. I oversee and manage the Nursing Department. I work closely with staff and families to assure that are residents are well cared for. I enjoy cooking, reading and spending time with family. Doug and I have 2 daughters and a son-in-law. Our cat, Tiger Lilly also graces us with her presence!

I started at Chapel Grove in 2008 and am pleased to be a part of the Chapel Grove Family. It is my pleasure to work with a wonderful staff. The Residents and their families become part of our family! Jackie

I have been the Social Director at Chapel Grove Inn since 2004.  Originally from Minnesota, I graduated from The College of St. Benedict.  I have traveled with my husband, Kevin, across the United States and have lived in Atlanta and Oklahoma before landing in Ohio.  We have two children; Maggie and Steven both grown.  The Spoo family stays active with fishing, motorcycling and competitive shooting while I also enjoy sewing, reading and art.  I embrace the residents at Chapel Grove; not as residents but as family.  I do not connect their age but connect their humanity as my extended family for which I am grateful.
